Add
Products: Click on the
"Products" icon on the
menu bar. This will take you to the
area where you can view, modify and
delete products.
Click
on the "Add
New Products"
button, you will be taken to the Add
Product page where you can select
the category you would like to add
the product under.
After choosing
the Main Category from the drop down
box, press the "Next"
button. After choosing the Sub
Category from the drop down box,
click the "Next" button to
proceed to the final page where you
will add your actual product. (If
you have not chosen a Sub Category
from the Category page, no Sub
Categories will appear from the drop
down box. This is permissible. Simply
press the "Next" button to
proceed.)
From
this page you will enter in the
Product ID#, Product Name, Product
Price, Sale Item Option, Weight,
Description, Full Size Image,
Thumbnail Image, Inventory Control
Functions, Product Keywords, and
Product Options in the appropriate
fields.
Product
Images: Optimize
all of your websites images. Name
all of your images to maximize your
ratings in the search engines. The
recommended image size are
suggestions, please use the size
suggestions to maximize your page
uploads.
Full Size Image - This is
the view that customers will see
when they click on the thumbnail
image or the Purchase link of the
product. You want your pages to load fast...
a full sized photo image should be
optimized and no larger then 350
pixels in either direction.
Thumbnail
Image - This feature
enables you to upload a miniature
version of the image. You must size
the thumbnail on your own (via a
graphics software i.e. Photoshop)
before uploading it into the system.
The system will not auto-size the
thumbnails for you. Optimize
your thumbnail image and resize to
no larger then 150 by 150
pixels in either direction. Keep all
thumbnails the same width for visual
strength and continuity.
IMAGE TIPS: Create
your large image first, then resize
for your thumbnail image. Use unique
name for all images and use the
underscore between words.
ALL Image names MUST be unique.

Please note that if you would like
to modify a product image you have
already added, you must do so by
DELETING your EXISTING product and
then adding it again with the new

WHAT

WHAT HAPPENS
WHEN I CLICK ON MY ADMIN PANEL PRODUCT LINKS?
1. When you click on the ID or NAME - you are
taken to the update form for that product.
2.
When You click on a Main category - all
products in that Main category, including
products in sub categories listed under the
main category will be listed.
3.
When You click on a Sub category - all
products in that Sub category are listed.
4.
When You click on a Price - all products with
that price are listed.
5.
When You click on the Sale y - all products on
sale (y) will be listed.
6.
When You click on the Sale n - all products
not on sale (n) will be listed.
7.
When You click on a Sale Price - all products
with that sale price will be listed.
8.
When You click on a DATE ADDED - all products
with that DATE will be listed.

WHAT
DOES THE GLOBAL FIELD CHANGE DO?
Group change Product Price, Weight, or Sale
Price.
Example:
1. Select FIELD such as Product Price
2. Add a price in the OLD DATA text form such
as $5.00
3. Add a new price in the NEW DATA text form
such as $6.50
4. Select CHANGE and all products that were
priced at $5.00 are ALL now $6.50

DO I PRINT OUT A LIST OF ALL MY PRODUCTS?
Click on the link
"PRINTER
FRIENDLY PRODUCT LISTING"
in your product
administration panel. The print out is
a detailed listing of EVERY
product in inventory.
